Code Monster - this interactive tutorial allows you go get started in code writing almost immediately. It's easy, fun, and allows you to progress through exciting experiments using simple animations and drawings. This great program uses examples to introduce programming concepts such as loops, conditionals, expressions, variables, and functions.
Web Turtle - Create interesting shapes and drawings using a turtle! This drawing program uses "Turtle Graphics." The turtle leaves behind a trail, as you give it commands to move around the screen. Try to edit a drawing, or work with new geometric shapes that you want to create.
Lightbot - Program Lightbot to light up all the blue squares!
Code Combat - Play video games and learn to code at the same time. You can get started by playing anonymously. If you want to track and save progress, it is recommended that you join the class as a student using the class code SizeThingReady if you want to code in python. Use the class code ThinkHorseLazy if you want to code in Javascript.

Alice - create 3D animations - great for telling stories or game design, with an easy drag and drop interface. Create your own world.
Snap! - Build your own blocks! This "broadly inviting programming language" for kids and adults provides a great foundation for computer science. This can be run right in your browser.
